Each storage building is clad in timber to complement the historic rural surroundings, blending seamlessly into the beautiful landscape that surrounds our Grade-II listed farmhouse. Set within 300 acres of private farmland, Hamiltons offers a peaceful, discreet, and secure home for your car.
Each storage area is fitted with controlled dehumidification systems, maintaining a consistent Relative Humidity (RH) of around 55%. This precise control protects vehicles from moisture damage and corrosion without over-drying sensitive materials such as leather and rubber.
The dehumidified air is continuously circulated throughout the buildings, ensuring an even and stable climate so your car remains in pristine condition, exactly as you left it.
Security and discretion are at the heart of everything we do. Vehicle access is via keycoded electronic gates and our storage facilities are protected by 24-hour digital surveillance systems, with alarms connected to a private monitoring company providing rapid response 365 days a year.
Our owner also lives on site for immediate hands-on support, and our close proximity to the local Police station offers an additional layer of reassurance. Our security setup has been approved by a leading insurer.
We also place great importance on confidentiality and discretion. Your privacy and peace of mind are as important to us as the care of your car.
We recommend that clients maintain fire, theft, and accidental damage insurance while their vehicle is in storage. We also advise notifying your insurer that the car is being stored at Hamiltons Car Storage.
If preferred, alternative insurance cover can be arranged on your behalf, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. Full details are available on request.
If your vehicle needs to remain taxed during its stay, please leave a valid insurance certificate and MOT test certificate with us for safekeeping.
