Storage

Pre-storage, all vehicles will automatically be valeted on each deposit for storage unless instructed.

Hamilton’s requires one month’s notice should you wish to cancel your vehicle from being in storage.

The minimum storage period is eight weeks.

Collection

Our hours of business are strictly by appointment only

We will require TWO WORKING DAYS notice for collection of a car – instructions which should be via e-mail or telephone (text communication is too unreliable due to poor reception).

We require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to arranged appointments. Where insufficient notice is given there will be a cancellation fee of £50.00.

Out of office hours exceptions only made if possible and will cost £50.00.

As always we endeavour to offer the highest level of service and we will be accommodating wherever possible.

Payment

We invoice for storage on a quarterly basis.

For extended storage we request a monthly standing order in advance, for three months or less payment is in advance. 

Terms of Service

Subject to the rules contained in the Unfair Contracts act 1977. It is a condition under which a vehicle is accepted for storage that, the customer relieves Hamiltons Car Storage Ltd of all liability for loss or damage to customers vehicles or contents thereof, however caused. All customers are therefore respectfully notified that we do not accept responsibility for loss or mis-delivery of or damage to any vehicle accessories or other goods while in our hands for any purpose arising from any cause. This condition extends to customers vehicles while being driven or moved by members of our staff, or while standing inside or outside our premises. The customer agrees to indemnify Hamiltons Car Storage ltd against any claims arising from the storage of his vehicle.
